Kids 5-15 learn to equalize, dive, hold their breath longer, and become more confident and safe in the water.

For ages 16+, you will learn all the essential skills and technique needed to freedive and be a safe buddy for others freediving.

For certified wave 1 free-divers (or crossovers), take your skills to the next level by mastering free-fall, and extend limits on all disciplines.
