    Kids 5-15 learn to equalize, dive, hold their breath longer, and become more confident and safe in the water.

    Molchanovs Wave 1 (Beginner)

    For ages 16+, you will learn all the essential skills and technique needed to freedive and be a safe buddy for others freediving.
