By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge on how to safely dive between 12 and 20 meters, using fins or a rope, and practice distance disciplines in the pool.

The course focuses on safety, body awareness, and mental preparation. Topics include freediving physiology, pressure physics (Boyle’s Law, Archimedes’ Principle), proper weighting, ear equalization techniques, and body adaptation to underwater conditions. Students will gain the skills and knowledge to explore the underwater world efficiently and confidently.

If all requirements are completed, the student will gain a Molchanovs freediving certification and access to Molchanov’s base training.

Thursday Night Workshops

These workshops are held every Thursday night in the winter, while swells are up. Bring a buddy and come practice your static apnea, c02 tolerance, and dynamic disciplines. If you are not a certified freediver, you MUST come 30 minutes early for a safety briefing and instructions. Instructor there to help improve on technique and help safely expand your limits. Own gear needed (Mask, fins, snorkel, weights, Wetsuit HIGHLY recommended)
