For ages 16+, you will learn all the essential skills and technique needed to become a certified Molchanovs Freediver. Dive up to 20 meters and learn a lot along the way!

For certified wave 1 freedivers (or crossovers), take your skills to the next level by mastering free-fall, and extend limits on all disciplines. Dive up to 30 meters!
