Adult’s Intro Class

The intro class is a phenomenal way to determine if freediving is something you want to pursue and make part of your routine! The intro class consists of 2 classes, one in a beautiful pool close to sunset beach where we will go over safety (always a main priority), physiology, equalization and technical things. The next class will be in open water. This is a great option if you’re visiting, or if you live on island and you’re wanting to explore the ocean in a more intimate way, but you are not ready for the wave 1 course yet.

$250 includes 2, 2 hour classes. One in the pool, one in open water.
